That is not the full command and does not show us which package is being
installed at the point of the hang. Can you check in /proc/<PID>/cmdline
what the full command line is for the last 4 or 5 running processes?

Does the hang also occur if you use an official mirror?

[long list of packages]
Does the hang also occur without these additional packages?
What does the syslog show is being done at the point of the hang?
I suspect that some package that has had a security update is now
prompting on stdout/stdin, which is not allowed in the installer. The
package should be using debconf.
