If the only difference between scsi-modules and scsi-extra is whether
they're likely to be used for CD access, I think it's probably pretty safe
to kick the newer qla drivers out to -extra.  AFAIK the most common use for
qla4xxxx and qla2xxxx is on systems like the IBM Blade Centers, where qla is
the fiber channel controller and the CD drive is a simple IDE.
