Due to the TeX transition [1], the PDF version of the Installation Guide 
currently fails to build. I noticed this yesterday when running a daily 
build for Portuguese and Korean.

For the time being, errors in the build logs for the PDF variant can be 
ignored.

I'll contact the TeX maintainers for help with this issue.
