Package: network-console
Severity: important

During an installation on my Sparc U10 using the daily Sparc64 2.6 netboot
image from 20041219 (priority medium; using _unstable_ mirror), I
selected network-console and ssh-client as extra d-i components.

After "Download installer components" I expected the next (default
selected) option in the menu to be "Continue installation remotely using
SSH", but it was "Detect hardware".

The network-console menu entry was added in the menu, but in the wrong
place:
Continue installation remotely using SSH
Choose a mirror of the Debian archive
Download installer components
Detect hardware

Has something changed in dependencies or dependency handling?

 main-menu (1.19) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   [ Colin Watson ]
   * Avoid suppressing menu items that have never been seen before just
because they have a lower menu item number than the last successful item
     (closes: #288053).
   * Restore previous default priority when selecting a menu item (other than
neverdefault items) immediately after backing up to the main menu.
 .
   [ Joey Hess ]
   * Increase NEVERDEFAULT to 90000.
