Bug#417439: cpio and timed read are now included in klibc

klibc 1.5-1 now includes a cpio binary and read supports the "-t" 
parameter. rootskel should use these instead so that 
rootskel/src-bootfloppy/bin/cpio.c and 
rootskel/src-bootfloppy/bin/timeout_read.c 
can be dropped.
