Again, I would guess this is about a debootstrap/chroot installation, not
an installation using D-I.
A general mention of /etc/modules may be in order in that appendix,
although the initrd, the kernel and udev should take care of loading all
regular modules so the described network driver issue should not really
occur in practice.
