discover1-udeb currently depends on

Depends: libc6 (>= 2.3.5-1), libdiscover1 (>= 1.7.10), discover1-data-udeb (>= 1.2004.09.24)

The dependency on libdiscover1 is unncessary and should be removed.
This udeb already includes a copy of libdiscover.so.1.0.0, which should
be all it needs to run.

The dependency on libdiscover1, which is not available as a udeb anyway,
just makes the debian-installer package unnecessarily build-depend on
that library, which in turn can break daily builds of the installer from
time to time as the version number in the dependency increases. So
removing this unneeded dependency will make d-i builds simpler and more
robust.

(I was actually in the middle of writing a patch to make discover
produce a libdiscover1-udeb and make discover1-udeb depend on it etc,
when I discovered that discover1-udeb already included the udeb. That
patch would still be a cleaner fix, but the effort to do it is probably
too great.)

Changes:
 discover1 (1.7.20) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Urgency medium as the fix for #415620 improves X detection during
     installation and should be included in etch.
   * Correct code reading the busclass for devices with unknown busclass in
     the lst file. Patch from Jim Paris. (Closes: #415620)
   * Correct example in discover.conf.  (Closes: #383864)
   * Update init.d script to keep running even if /proc/modules
     is missing. (Closes: #392314)
   * The init.d script now refuses to run if discover v1 isn't installed.
     It should take care of most of the problem when replacing discover1
     with discover. (Closes: #386679)
   * The udeb dependency is now correct, it was fixed in
     version 1.7.18. (Closes: #359333)
   * Modify debian/check-configure.sh to handle binary NMUs by ignoring
     everything after '+' in the debian/changelog version. (Closes: #359649)
   * Greek translation is now updated. (Closes: #344645)
   * Updated from standards-version 3.6.2 to 3.7.2. No change needed.
