Thank you.
That shows the problem quite clearly: "No space left on device". This 
simply means that your hard disk image in vmware is not big enough to 
install the full desktop task, which is also why it was not selected by 
default (or at least, it should not have been).

See the installation guide for the disk space needed for the various 
tasks.

Closing your report as there is no problem in the installer.
