Comments/Problems:

The problem: I did run installation with "expert". For the choice of kernel I 
get only 686 kernels. But system does not start with that kernel.
I have had to reboot with the rescue CD and done an "apt-get install 
linux-image-2.6.18-4-486" to get the right kernel.
