Either you copied the message incorrectly and you were hit by an issue that was resolved a few days ago (it should complain that its unable to verify the Release.gpg file). Or the CD you burned had an error because of a problem during the download of the image or while burning it. I suggest you download a new image and try again. That will at least avoid the first issue for certain. After you boot the installer, use the "check CD integrity" option from the installer's main menu to check the CD before doing the actual installation. Also check the md5sum of the image you downloaded. Closing this report. Feel free to file a new one after you try again. Cheers, FJP
