Comments/Problems:

Trouble #1:
Frequently after power on of the PC, the PC provides only 640 x 480 resolution. When then restarting the PC via the pannel 
(Desktop->Shutdown->Restart), the PC provides the correct resolutions.

This behavior is reproducible .Maybe it is a timing problem.

Trouble #2:
I noticed the following annoying behavior concerning network access. I am not sure, whether it is a bug or a feature.

The PC is booted while no network is provided. When now after login the network is made available (e.g. by switching on the DSL-router), the PC does still not provide any network access. 

When now in the Networking Settings (Desktop->Administration->Networking) 'eth1' is deactivated and activated again, then the PC starts providing network access to the applications.
