Overall install: [E]

Comments/Problems:

Network: Both wireless (internal PCI Broadcom) and builtin ethernet
were detected, but the wired interface was labeled as eth1 instead of
eth0. Not really an error, but a bit annoying.

Clock: Eastern time zone was specified, but I have to manually run
ntpdate to get the clock to display the right time. I had previously
had Ubuntu installed, and I think that it sets the hardware clock to
UTC (I am not sure of this) which probably is the source of the
problem.

Overall: The mousedev module was not loaded automatically, despite X
having otherwise been configured correctly. Thus, until adding it to
/etc/modules (or loading it with modprobe), I could not start X.

That has to do with the order in which drivers are loaded by the kernel.
Not something we can control in the installer.
If you want to change the order for future boots, you'll need to edit
/etc/udev/rules.d/z25_persistent-net.rules and /etc/network/interfaces.

During a default install, the installer will make a best guess what the
clock should be set to (UTC or local time) based on the presence of other
operating systems (roughly: is Windows is detected, then local time;
otherwise UTC).

This is the first time I've seen this reported in a very long time. We'll
keep an eye out for other reports, but other than that I can only say
that it seems to work automatically in almost all cases.

As your installation was basically successful, I'm closing your report.
Thank you for submitting it.

Cheers,
FJP
