Doesn't this conflict with pbbuttonsd which is more mature and more
established in the powerpc community than pommed?
AFAICT and R, pbbuttonsd has been compiled for i386 but that has been disabled
(although the package arrived in Etch) in order to support MacBooks, the
reason for it being disabled later was the hardware was too different.
