It used to work just fine, I did all my XServe tests in this setup, but recent
udev fucked this up severly, by trying to mount LVM and RAID *before* the
disks where mounted. This affects both d-i (where the /dev/sd* are not
created) and initramfs-tools. Not sure if this is a similar problem or not.
