If by wrong you mean "point releases and minor updates have been done since
the release of Sarge", that is really irrelevant, the link could have stayed
the same. And if it didn't, I am sure it can be done somehow in a way to not
need manual updates at each point release.

Francesco is right, IMO. There should be an *obvious* link to the source.
Also, more importantly, there should always be links to "other variants of
this document" - like PDF, PS, single page HTML, since they prove to be
really useful for offline use and, sometimes, online use (I almost always
prefer the single page variant since it allows easier searching).
