Bug#400543: new packages for portguese-desktop task

I requested by bug #400417 to be added some spell checking to portuguese 
language.

now i request the adiction of gnome-spell to the portuguese-desktop task 
or to gnome task.

i've been looking for dependencies ( waiting for cd check problem to be 
rsolved to test a daily build with the gnome-desktop task) and 
gnome-spell smeems that to miss instalation.
