Comments/Problems: I have recently acquired this Fujitsu for free; thus I tried
etch installation. Since it's BIOS is old, it cannot boot beyond 1024 cylinder
limit; thus I created 6 patitions of /boot, and one swap partition within the
limit. For initial etch expert installation, I chose,
   hda7 /boot
   hda8 swap
   hda14 /
I have observed the following minor problems which I have fixed them later.

1. At the initial language menu, suddenly country submenu appeared w/o language
selection. I returned to the full language menu later, and set to English
anyway. Is this by design?

2. Select a KBD layout fails showing deadly red screen. Then I skipped the
step. And after installation, I reconfigured KBD because it's jp106.

3. At the partition menu, hda1 is allocated to swap at default. Becasue it's
low memory, is it by design? I forced to set it to ext3 even I do not use it
this time.

4. Neither grub nor lilo succeed showing the message of fails but not inherent
to grub/lilo. Actually it's OK to boot.

Overall d-i is good enough to be installed on a old machine like this. Thank
you for your team effort. I have attached dmesg file.
