Comments/Problems:
Initial fault is it failed to find the USB CD device that is faked by
the remote console. Dropped
Into a shell and did:
Modprobe usb-storage
Modprobe cdrom
Mount /dev/sr0 /cdrom
Second fault is known and is that the current CD doesn't have the
distribution type correctly setup
So out again to a shell and edit the base installer script to force set
it to etch.
Also has the other known fault of getting the device name wrong after
reboot fixed again by hand.
