No! I knew only a few parameters, including the aic7xxx=no_probe from
pressing F6 at debian boot menu. 
tried on boot: linux aic7xxx=no_probe

But i have to say it doesn't work as i hoped. Still get error 'modprobe -v aic7xxx'

Maybe i'm doing something wrong?
Do you need the tarball of /var/log/debian-installer?
