You have followed up to an installation report that was already closed. In 
that case it is better to submit a new report.

I have no idea what you mean here exactly. I don't understand what the 
exact problem is you see, and also not how you fixed it.
Please give us exact messages or errors you see on the screen. Otherwise 
it is nearly impossible to identify the problem or to help.
