Installer issue with DDO
I'd just like to suggest that you look into solving the problem of the
installer not detecting a DDO (dynamic drive overlay). This was an issue in
previous Debian release installers, but I haven't checked the new etch
installer - I just thought you might check it.
I use a DDO because my HD is too large for my BIOS to recognise. Windows is
on the drive with DDO, and I installed Debian on a drive without a DDO (smaller
so does not need it). Installation of Debian was fine, but at the end it detects
Windows on the drive with the DDO, but then does not set-up Grub correctly to
take the DDO into account - thus if Grub is installed the system will not boot
It would be great if the new installer corrected this issue.
