Comments/Problems:

Everything now wents fine. Although the Hardware RAID controller (LSI SAS1064) is fully supported.
Sadly the HW RAID is recognized as sdi (see attached dmesg). If possible it would be great to fix this.
Now I'm gonna test i386 image

names is not something we can influence; it is purely a kernel issue.
