        Well. These are packages that make some options available to
 the user, but do nothing without direct user action, so the impact of
 the rest of the release should be minimal. The utility of a hard MAC
 option, especially for computers that face the internet, seems to be
 important (and on't underestimate the marketing appeal of SELinux
 ready). 

        However, making it a hidden task, or a task that defaults to
 be on, is the next best option.
