Bug#380105: Show current hour in hardware clock question



Rewording, in case this patch is accepted:

"This is the recommended behaviour"

(or "behavior", whichever is the US spelling)

You should change this setting only if this computer also runs another
operating system that expects the hardware clock to be set to local
time.
