Some results:

init.d/parted (partman-base) moves /var/lib/partman/devices to
/var/lib/partman/old_devices and then restores directories for
all devices returned by parted_devices, which includes dm-crypt
devices but doesn't include loops. As consequence loops are not
restored and lose their configured options.
