No, but offering the option to users with the result that data on the partition will be destroyed (or at least unusable for the average user). If the underlying issues cannot be solved then we need to find a way to disable the resize option for Vista NTFS partitions (which is possible, but I want to wait for reactions on #379628 and #380226 first).
