Bug#382886: debian-installer: graphical-installer needs a clock

since installation can take a half-an-hour or more, it would be nice to
be able to see what time it is as the installation goes.

this is a request for a simple digital clock (placed in probably the
top-right corner) at all times during the graphical-installer.
