So for so good. Thank you for the replies.
But that only lead to another problem. To minimize trafic i created
a local debmirror using rsync, apache2 and the update-script from
debian.org. But as soon as i change "d-i     mirror/http/hostname
 string " to a ip-address or the dns-name, the installation stops.
I've used the mirror for a Sarge installation without any problem,
so it should work fine.
But sometime when the source has been added to /etc/apt/source.list,
i have to run apt-get update a couple of time to get the gnupg-key.
Do you think it could be something like that, that could stop the
installation. I have doublechecked for syntax-errors and is running
out of ideas...
