arch kernel status

Based on my recent update to the kerntabl, the following seems to need
to be done on a per-arch basis:

i386: nada
alpha: update udebs and build/config to 2.6.16-2 kernel (from .15)
amd64: update udebs and build/config to 2.6.16-2 kernel (from .15)
arm: update udebs and build/config from 2.6.16-1 to 2.6.16-2
make sure that the CDs include 2.6 kernels for subarches that use 2.6
currently the CDs include it for footbridge and s3c2410 only
hppa: update udebs and build/config from 2.6.16-1 to 2.6.16-2
ia64: update udebs and build/config to 2.6.16-2 kernel (from .15)
drop 2.4 kernel udeb from archive
      drop 2.4 kernel support from base-installer (?)
m68k: update udebs from 2.6.16-1 to 2.6.16-2
add 2.6 kernels to CDs for appropriate subarches
mips: update udebs and build/config from 2.6.16-1 to 2.6.16-2
add 2.6 kernels to CDs for appropriate subarches
make sure that 2.4 kernels are on CDs for appropriate subarches
mipsel: ditto mips
popwerpc: update udebs and build/config from 2.6.16-1 to 2.6.16-2
see if all the subarches that are on CDs for 2.4 kernels
are still needed or can be switched to 2.6
s390: drop 2.4 udebs
      drop 2.4 kernel support from base-installer (?)
sparc: update udebs and build/config from 2.6.16-1 to 2.6.16-2
add 2.6 kernels for sparc32 to CD iff they work
