Not in this case; both packages install and remove without using any files from the other package, so there is no problem no matter what unpack/configure/removal ordering apt/dpkg uses. I'm afraid I'm going to have to add this to the pile of your circular depends bugs that I am currently ignoring and will eventually close unless a real bug is pointed out. -- see shy jo
