[d-i manual] chapter B.2.3. Using boot parameters to supplement preseeding

Hello,

in appendix/preseed.xml (line 385 + 388) we have this:

"A <quote>&ndash;&ndash;</quote> in the boot options has special
meaning. ... "

In the output (as type html) the two dashes look like one big,
long dash, when displayed in firefox (or is this a problem of
my firefox/font setting et cetera? In opera it's ok.)

Maybe it is not clear to everybody what is meant here? 

Perhaps add a space or don't use entities there?
