Comments/Problems:
Initial boot works, although I have to use "video=ofonly". That's
fine, but the video is then right-sifted by approximately 1/2 the
screen. That is, the text that should really be on the far right of
my monitor, wraps around and is displayed on the left side. This is
on a CRT monitor using the ADC port on my video card.
The background for the menus is red instead of blue.
My harddrive is not detected so I am unable to partition. lspci shows:
