Bug#362028: GRUB problem on Debian install

I should have made myself more clear when I made my 'install report'.
I'm sure the problem with GRUB is a problem within GRUB...not the Debian
installer. I have had the same problem when installing Gentoo. I have had
to run the 'Grub setup (hd0,x)' command twice to get it to work properly.
GRUB works properly both in Debian and Gentoo after running it the second
time. The listing below is from the /var/log/installer/syslog file...the
first listing is after the initial running of GRUB...the second listing is
after running GRUB the second time.
