Bug#361695: kernel-wedge: serial-modules is missing USB serial modules

The "access" floppy (root floppy for use with speakup kernel) is the
only current user of serial-modules and it is currently too big to fit
on a floppy. What's the use case for non-generic USB serial modules in
d-i?

Note that most of these are _very_ special purpose, for example,
empeg is an in-car embedded computer. Why does d-i need to be able to
drive its serial port? Or the serial port of a garmin gps?
