Comments/Problems:
upon reboot I got the welcome page that asked for user name and password, I set it up with no user & pass
so I would not have this problem. I installed on a Maxtor 6G HD dedicated solely for Linux, I had deleted
ererything off HD except a very obnoxious Win 2000 that wouldn't delete, uninstall or be formated. It was overwritten
could that be asking for that user & password?
<Description of the install, in prose, and any thoughts, comments
and ideas you had during the initial install.> everything OK until reboot & run
