Bug#349626: base-installer: "Found additional base dependencies" (and others?) isn't ready to translate

I know I once talked about this with Joeyh, briefly. But I don't
remember what was the conclusion, apart from "these messages belong to
debootstrap".

If they can be i18n'ed, then it would mean we should add debootstrap
to d-i i18n "level2" as they are displayed for every install but are
external to d-i....
