[g-i] Theming the GTK fronted
Hi
Talking about how to theme the GTK frontend to cdebconf, it emerged that
only a couple of themes sould be packaged inside the initrd to keep it
as small as possible.
Those are the default theme (that still has to be created or choosed
among exising GTK themes) and the theme for visual impaired people (that
still has to be created/choosed too, since we don't know exactly how it
should be created, see also bug #339735).
Other themes may be placed inside the cd and a special theme chooser
should be implemented inside the GTK frontend so that the user is able
to switch theme at runtime (and, of curse, you should able to preseed
the theme).
Since no one has yet provided an ad-hoc default GTK theme for the g-i, i
propose to adopt H20-gtk2-Ruby [1] from James Olson
<james.d_AT_earthlink.net> : it's red like the debian logo and nice but
i'm not sure this was released under GPL becuase i couldn't find a
License document.
