Bug#313235: /usr/sbin/apt-setup: apt-setup (DVD 3.1r0a) sets sources to testing

Hello,

after an installation with Debian Sarge DVDs 3.1r0a,
apt-setup writes the following to /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ testing main
deb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ testing main

on another system this also set
deb http://security.debian.org/ testing/updates main

(I though, this was the bug, which was fixed in DVD 3.1.r0a)
