Bug#316543: problem on installing Debian etch

Processor: AMD Athlon Sempron 2500+
Memory: 512 MB
Root Device: hdb1
Root Size/partition table: 
                          hda1 not in use
                          hdb1 root ext3
                          hdb5 swap

Comments/Problems:

I installed with boot-parameter: linux26 and choose language german.
In step "Installing base system" I got the message "Error on running
Debootstrap
No Such script: /usr/lib/debootstrap/scripts/etch"
(hopefully translated correct)

So I can not continue the installation.
