Hi Rudolf,
what kernel with what config did run before on this box? Compare the
configs with netboot, maybe something jumps out.
Maybe you can also try to boot from the usb-hd or an usb-cdrom. Joey
has several other images : http://people.debian.org/~joeyh/d-i/sarge/images/daily/
