Bug#313181: Add Czech language tasks

Please consider adding attached Czech language tasks for tasksel:
czech: contains Czech ispell dictionary
czech-desktop: contains l10n data for kde, openoffice.org and firefox
There are no font packages included (besides xfonts-terminus) because
we aim for UTF-8 for Etch and therefore will use standard set
installed by x-window-system-core.
