Yes it is, at least in all installation reports I have seen in the last 
six months.

Without further info we are not going to be able to investigate this 
problem.

Please start by:
- filling out a complete installation report [1]
- including the exact version of the installer you used (including the
  _full_ URL from where you downloaded it and the date)
- attaching the installation syslog
- giving us any information about your system or the installation
  procedure you used to help us determine why it might fail in your case
