Actually, i think that localization-config was fixed to preseed the value, but
mark it as unseen, thus allowing the user to override it. Not ideal, but the
best that can be done, since i hear that there is no way to exactly map the
console keyboards to X keyboards.

The above fix maybe needed a fix in the debconf script used to set the values,
to allow for marking them as unread.
