Bug#323436: busybox-udeb: please build with CONFIG_UUENCODE=y

I did the comparison again today and got updated information on the 
size increase:

du -b */bin/busybox
226152	1.01-3/bin/busybox
230248	1.01-3+uu/bin/busybox

du -b *.udeb
130854	busybox-udeb_1.01-3_i386.udeb
131424	busybox-udeb_1.01-3+uu_i386.udeb
 
dpkg --info | grep ^Installed-Size
busybox-udeb_1.01-3_i386.udeb     Installed-Size: 256
busybox-udeb_1.01-3+uu_i386.udeb  Installed-Size: 260

The difference unpacked is effectively around 4k (including a few bytes
for the added symlink).
