That place in the code is somewhat tricky, and should IIRC also warn
the user not to use a separate /boot. Feel free to hack on it, the
source is available in the d-i SVN. :-)

AFAIK arcload has no FS support at all, it expects everything to reside
in the DVH as a bootfile.
