Package: anna
Version: 1.18
Severity: important

Running a local netboot build of the installer using the 2.6.14-2-386
kernel, I noticed os-prober ran "anna-install ext2-modules" and anna saw
fit to download the kernel-image-2.4.27-2-386 package!

I guess that's because ext2 is built in and so the kernel-image packages
provide it, and anna choose this one at random. Perhaps the heuristics
used to download a modules package that matches the running kernel don't
apply in this situation, but the fact that the status file listed
kernel-image-2.6.14-2-386-di as unpacked and alredy providing
ext2-modules should prevent anna from downloading some other package,
surely?

All I found in the syslog is three lines from the libd-i resolver,
basically this:

resolver (kernel-image-2.4.27-2-386-di): mark
resolver (kernel-image-2.4.27-speakup-di): mark
resolver (kernel-image-2.6.14-2-386-di): mark

Perhaps it will download all three. I'm on dialup. :-P

I suspect this only affects the "install" branch of code in anna.
Perhaps it's as simple as it missing a check for already installed or
provided packages?
