the base-files issue works now (as expected);
apt seems broken though i understood the netinst-iso should work. i will try 
again when the apt-issue is reported as fixed.

for now, this is to tell you that the installer works (beside the parts 
mentioned on the DebianInstallerToday-wiki-page).
