Hmmmm.
Looks like a framebuffer problem to me.
If this is a LCD monitor just try the "install vga=771" command while
booting (as recommended in help screen F6).
Just turn it off by using "install debian-installer/framebuffer=false" (see
help screen F8), and look if it works then.
