Bug#329232: localechooser: Should avoid hardcoding specific packages installation in the script code
Package: localechooser
Severity: wishlist
Currently, localechooser install specific packages for given languages by
using code inside the main script.
We should probably move this package list to the languagelist file. This
would make debugging and maintenance easier for the future with the main
goal the languagelist groups together all stuff which are language-dependent.
I imagine something like:
Arabic;2;ar;ar_EG.UTF-8;ar;EG;ar_EG:en_GB:en;;jfbterm unifont libfribidi0
.../...
Romanian;2;ro_RO;ro_RO;ro;RO;ro_RO:ro:en_GB:en;kbd=ter-g16f(iso02);console-terminus
.../...
Turkish;2;tr_TR;tr_TR;tr;TR;tr_TR:tr:en_GB:en;kbd=ter-916f(iso09);console-terminus
etc....
