Hi Stefan
While base-installation is running, apt config files are in /target/etc/apt.
That's because the installer can't mount the root filesystem to install to
over his own root filesystem (seems obvious, doesn't it ;-).
So it runs a chroot on /target/.
Do you see any error messages with dmesg, on VT3 (=ALT+F3) or VT4 (=ALT+F4)?
